  • Thank you @champers2u for this beautiful addition to our Carlton Ware set at the farmhouse in France. The 1940’s foxglove design is the perfect compliment to the foxglove flowers around our home. It completes a very special set. @cognacinteriordesigner
  • La Fête Nationale! Joyeux Quatorze Juillet from Cognac 🇫🇷
  • Whilst in France, work continues in Sydney with the talented @kajakoortfilmsandphotos who today created storyboard visuals of our Macleay Street apartment building project. Visit my website later next week for the project overview and imagery -
  • There’s always more in the detail than meets the eye.
  • My Cognac project was the subject of a complete back to bones restoration beginning with the total strip out of many years of cosmetic changes. The design is characterised by the typically French wall mouldings, architraves, corniches and panelled and French doors, as well as the cleverly designed hidden kitchen which incorporates a chic cocktail bar. • Almost time to head back to France. It’s always a pleasure arriving in Cognac. @cognacinteriordesigner
  • Each project begins with a series of strategic briefings about your business, core brand values, customer profile and environmental considerations in respect of team productivity, morale and well being.

Essential information gathered from these meetings enables us to conceptualise commercial environments that will exceed the expectations of your team, thereby positively impacting productivity and effectiveness, whilst also providing a real life representation of your brand identity for customers, suppliers and employees alike.

I chose the Microgamma extended font for it’s connection to the 1960’s period which was the inspiration for my interior design . Typically of that decade , the characters are oversized and I had them made from metal #ald
  • Our #elizabethbay project scope included the complete renovation of the entrance foyer, living / dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedrooms, study and the two bathrooms. Read more via the link in my bio or at
  • Another floor almost complete on our Macleay Street Potts Point apartment building renovation -
  • At our #ElizabethBay project, two feature walls made from textured timber panels were incorporated into the dining area to serve as contrasting back drops to the art deco inspired buffets which sit in front of them. These walls are almost art works in their own right. Custom joinery by @mattcanning throughout the apartment incorporates a delicate appliquéd lotus flower motif. • We chose an elegant scheme of various shades of grey, silver and cool white which was carried through the design in features including the custom designed fitted carpet which incorporates an elegant Hollywood Regency border motif woven in silver art silk, custom designed floor rugs based on an abstract lotus flower design, fabrics for upholstered furniture and the paint colour scheme which projects the softest shade of grey.
